Are You Committed?
Before you start, pick an issue that is important to you. Be clear what the issue is and have a good idea what kind of result an objective person would expect from being committed to this issue. It's sometimes useful to take the test several times, first using an example that you absolutely KNOW you ARE committed to, and also using an example that you absolutely know you are NOT committed to. This will give you a good idea of how the answers reveal the truth about your commitment. Answer the following 5 questions as honestly as you can. These questions are designed to determine if you are doing the things that one would do if they were truly committed to something. If you fudge on the answers, you won't get an accurate reading.
